Cerf was born on new heaven, Connecticut at US.
He is the son of mureal and Vinton Thurston cerf.
He is the co deginer of TCP/IP protocol and artitecture of internet. The US president ,Bill Clinton presented the us nation medal of technology to cerf and his colleague ,Robert E. Khan, for founding and developing the wonderful creation of internet in 1997.
